Ehhh I give it a 5 out of 10. I had the crawfish ettouffet which was totally not what I was expecting. I make crawfish ettouffet @ home from scratch so I guess I was a little dissapointed by thier version which tasted more like an extremely thick gumbo than actual ettouffet. Makes me wonder if they make thier roux from scratch or if they used canned crap. The fried calamari kicked ass though, the dipping sauce was dope - tasted like remoulade mixed with tabasco or something. Crystal had a shrimp salad which was pretty good - the shrimp were grilled extra jumbos which was awesome, glad they didnt use some tiny pale boiled salad shrimp like some places. I definately doubt the authenticity of it's cajun roots but I think I may give this place another chance to prove me wrong.. Oh and they have blue moon on tap!

I was there this past Friday.  I had an appetizer(I forget what it was called) but it was new potatoes, cajun chili, and cheese.  Like a fancy tater skin.  It was spicy good.  I had the Fried Alligator Po Boy, 12''.  Their "Cajun" dressing is Thousand Island.  But, it was a quite good sammich.  My girl had fried shrimp po boy.  I sampled a skrimp.  Nice, very clean and good size.

Cool. Lol @ the cajun dressing. They could have at least used remoulade.
